Job Purpose & Scope
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager (Female) to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, leading sales efforts, and expanding the company’s client base to drive sustainable financial growth.
Major Areas of Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company goals.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver powerful presentations and proposals to clients and partners.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- 3-4 years of experience in Business Development (Solar industry)
- Strong technical understanding of products and client needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation & networking skills
- Willingness to travel across India
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with multitasking abilities
Candidates with prior experience in Solar EPC will be given preference.
